My name is Kristi Schlessinger. I'm a speech-language pathologist, childhood development specialist, a mom, and the founder of Little Talkers Little Eaters. How long is the course?

The course is self-paced. You can go through it as quickly or slowly as you would like. It's entirely up to you. You can even skip around if you want to, however I highly recommend going through each module in its entirety because you might miss crucial information! Remember, you have lifetime access to all modules, so you can always go back as needed for reference.

Can't I just do this all on my own?

Well, sure. You can figure out anything on your own, with the right resources. There is a lot of information out there. But, the time and energy it takes to weed through what's helpful and what's, well, bad advice, will cost you more than just your own time. Remember that the sooner you start working with your child, the better your results will be. That's why I've brought all the research and facts and none of the "junk" to you directly- your time, and your child's time- is so worth it.

How long will it take to get results?

This is a tough one. I always say I wish I had a crystal ball, because the reality is every child is different. What I can say is that, the more you put into this program, the more you’ll get out of it and the better your results will be. So, take your time and really watch each of the videos. Autistic children generally learn language in a different way. They often process language in something called gestalts, or chunks, rather than in single words.
